THE STUDIO

Welcome to my private home yoga & pilates studio nestled in the heart of Fulmer - a warm and intimate space offering small classes welcoming all levels- from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Some of our classes are powered by infrared heat, offering low impact, high intensity workouts which will support recovery, detoxification and relaxation.

I am the heart behind this little home studio. Creating this space has been a dream of mine for years.

 

Back in 2015 a hot yoga room became my happy place along side a fast paced city job. Yoga offered me balance, grounding and a sense of calm that I needed.

 

After becoming a mum for the first time in 2019 I took the plunge and completed my 200hrs TT in Hot Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Since then I have specialised in Restorative, Pre & Postnatal yoga and most recently completed a sound healing course.

 

I wanted to create a warm and welcoming sanctuary. Whether you're building strength, seeking balance preparing for motherhood or simply need a peaceful moment for yourself, you'll find a nurturing environment where you can show up exactly as you are. 

This studio has been lovingly created alongside my good friend Emma. I believe I am the yin to her yang, and together we bring a beautiful balance - offering a space that supports gentle restoration and energising movement, exactly as this studio is intended to be.

I’m a mum of two beautiful girls and I live in Gerrards Cross. I share a deep passion for holistic exercise and overall wellbeing, which is what led me to Pilates. Alongside my close friend Becky, we’ve created a space built on movement, friendship, and feeling good from the inside out.

I qualified with a Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates in 2025, and Pilates has completely transformed the way I look at exercise. My body has changed in ways I never expected. I feel stronger, leaner, fitter, and more connected than ever before. Pilates truly is a mind, body, and soul workout.

I teach Pilates Sculpt HIIT, a dynamic fusion of Pilates principles with strength and high-intensity movement. These classes are designed to sculpt, tone, and energise you while keeping that all important mind and body connection.

I’m full of life, and my classes reflect that … they’re vibey, spicy, uplifting, and fun but challenging at the same time. Every ability is welcome, and my goal is to create a supportive, empowering community where we move, sweat, laugh, and grow together.

FAQ's

Why teach in a hot room? (Infrared heat)

Infrared heat warms the body from the inside out, helping muscles move more safely, increasing circulation, and supporting detoxification—all while creating a deeply focused, calming practice.

Hot yoga classic typically between 35–40°C

Pilates sculpt HIT is heated around 20-30°C​

Is hot yoga suitable for beginners?

Yes. Beginners are welcome. You’re encouraged to take breaks, modify poses, and rest whenever needed. Listening to your body is essential.

Do I need prior yoga experience?

No prior experience is required. Classes are designed with options for all levels.

What should I bring to class?

Please bring:

  • Yoga Mats are available, however we recommend you bring your own if needed for extra padding or preference. 

  • A towel (or two)

  • Water bottle

  • Comfortable, fitted, breathable clothing

Sound bath only:

  • A blanket 

  • Pillow 

  • Eye mask 

Where is the studio?

The studio is in the heart of Fulmer in Buckinghamshire, Windmill road. Due to it being a private property. The full address is not advertised, you will be sent detailed instructions in your booking confirmation email. 

Is there parking?

​Yes. Parking is available on our private driveway and in the space outside of the gates. Please park efficiently and considerately to ensure all cars can fit on the driveway.

Are showers and changing rooms available?

Unfortunately there are no showers or changing facilities available. 

How should I prepare for class?

Drink plenty of water before and after class. We recommend avoiding heavy meals 2–3 hours before class. A light snack 1–2 hours prior is fine.

How early should I arrive?

Arrive at least 5 minutes early, especially for your first class, to check in and get settled.

What health conditions should I disclose?

Please inform your instructor of any injuries, heart conditions, heat sensitivity, or other medical concerns before class. If you do have any medical conditions or are pregnant you should always consult your doctor first.

What is your cancellation policy?

Classes must be canceled within 6 hours to avoid a late-cancel or no-show fee. Please refer to our booking policy for specifics.
